I was so excited to see these little crocus peeking through the soil this morning. We still have a bit of very dirty snow left, but today the sun is shining. These little beauties are a sure sign that Spring is on the way!
I agree, love the first signs of new growth, and they are often the tiniest little things, which makes them all the more special for being brave and opening up in the cold. These are a lovely color!
How I envy you - no crocuses here (Newfoundland, Canada) before May (if we're lucky) or June! Have been looking around your blog. You have some lovely cards here. Beautiful work!
I love crocus's! They used to grow wild along the sidewalk in front of my house when I lived in Buffalo, NY! Purple, white, orange, yellow... :) Thanks for bringing back those great memories!
