Merry, Merry, Merry

Yes, I am still making Christmas cards.  This one is also for two challenges.  The Mojo Monday monthly sketch challenge:  http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/2010/07/mojo-146-contest.html


and, The Color Throwdown Challenge:  http://colorthrowdown.blogspot.com/2010/07/color-throwdown-100_07.html 
These colors were a bit challenging for a Christmas card, but it was fun to give it a try.

 


The papers I used are from Frances Meyer, K and Co. and scraps.  The digital image is from Heather Ellis and was colored with Prismacolor pencils and Gamsol.  I used two Hero Arts stamps.  Holiday Sayings and Stunning Snowflakes.  Added faux stitching and rickrack.

    Absolutely adorable card Nancy! I love your mix of pps and use of the Stunning Snowflakes. Cute image too and your colouring is brilliant! Every time I see your Christmas cards I think I must get a start on mine!
