It has been almost a month since my last post, and I wanted to give my friends an update of my status. I have been making great progress cleaning out my Mother's home and getting it ready to sell. This time has been filled with memories and tears. As I peal away the layers of my childhood home, I am blessed with many happy memories. I have realized that it is time for change, and hope that this place I called home for so many years will find a new family to make new memories. I have not had a lot of creative energy lately, but hope to find some time soon to make a Mother's day card. My Mother has always been the greatest fan of my work, so I must continue to impress her as long as I can. Blessings to all my Creative Friends and hope you are well.
It's so nice to hear from you, Nancy. It's a difficult thing going through the special place where you spent so many wonderful years, but it sounds like you're handling it in the right way. I've missed seeing your cards and look forward to the one you'll be making for your mom. I'm sure she'll love it. Sending you lots of hugs, my friend. Please know that you are never very far from my thoughts.
