Life Changes

I have been experimenting with stamping and making cards for almost two years now.  I am reflecting back to this card I made in 2010.  It was for a very good cause.  Operation Write Home.  I discovered this organization from following the Hero Arts Blog. I have discovered a great deal from this blog.  I have made many friends.  I have learned so many techniques. This sentiment is a truly important one.   Make every day count.  I have no cards, sewing or creations to share today, just a bit of wisdom.  I am currently involved with the settlement of my family home, and will not be posting a great deal of creative items for a while.  I am just too busy moving furniture.  I want you all to know how much I value your comments, kindness, friendship and inspiration.  I will return in a while with renewed creativity.

  1. Hello Nancy! What great wisdom you have today! I know how you feel being busy....just no time for me to create anything lately too! Hope you find the time to get creative once you get all settled in toy your new place:)

  2. Nancy, I know you're going through a difficult time right now. I'm sure there are days when you feel overwhelmed. Remember to take a deep breath once in awhile, and do things for JUST YOU too. I think about you so often and will miss seeing your beautiful cards. You'll be in my prayers and please don't stay away too long! Sending love and hugs!

  3. Nancy, sending hugs to you. I am sure there are days that are particularly emotional as you go through your family home. I miss seeing your wonderful creations but just wanted to let you know that we are all thinking of you and will be here ready and waiting for you to return when you are ready. Hugs, Deirdre
