As many of you know, my Mother passed away earlier this year. She was 93 years old and lived a full life. I do miss her, however I realize that her passing is part of the mystery of life. I know she is in the best place, and her goodness will always remain inside of me. I am in the process of painting a portrait of my Mother and thought today would be a good day to share the progress.

As you can see, I have a long way to go!
Hopefully I will have it complete by next Mother's Day:)
