This card is for three different events. The Mojo Monday sketch challenge
here, and the Hero Arts Monthly Challenge,
Everything Autumn. I am also going to be sending this card to
Operation Write Home. Hero Arts is having a virtual card making weekend party to collect cards for this wonderful cause. I hope to be able to make more over the next few days, but might not be able to photograph and post them all.
I am experimenting once again with masking with frisket film. I used all Hero Arts stamps,
Large Plaid Pattern,
Real Leaves and
Cleardesign Thinking of You. The plaid stamp was clear embossed and then inked with Versafine,
Habanero,
Vintage Sepia, Spanish Moss and
Toffee. I used the same inks to create the background, and the leaf. The sentiment was inked in the
Vintage Sepia.
Lovely, Nancy! I think that's the first I've seen that plaid stamp used - it's very nice, makes a great background! So glad you will be sending this to OWH!!
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy, this is wonderful--love the masking technique. The colors are pretty and love the leaf on the circle. Great job.
