Hello creative friends. The weather is just delightful right now. A cool breeze with temperatures in the 70's. I am so finished with extreme heat. I still have no new cards to share. I am definitely in a creative slump, and the mojo is missing. I am, however, not as sad as I had been feeling. Time heals all wounds. A little vodka doesn't hurt either. My daughter, Sarah, was recently home for a visit, and it lifted my spirits considerably. She also came with me to visit my Mother, and it was helpful to have a different perspective.
She took this photo with her phone. I love it!
We had a lot of fun together. We went to dinner, and I had my first, "cosmopolitan." Quite tasty!
Life goes on.........

Great photo, one to treasure for a long time.
ReplyDeleteI love this photo, Nancy! And I'm so glad you are adjusting to your situation. Be patient with yourself; all things in good time......sending hugs!
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy! I've missed you! I know you haven't felt very good lately and I'm so sorry about that. I'm glad to hear though that you're spirits were lifted with your daughter's visit. Love that photo. It reminds me of the one I shared on my blog, about a year ago, of my own mother's hands. It's one of my favorite pictures. Sending you lots of hugs and love! Take care, my friend!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful photo! Old meets young, two generations together!
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy, love the photo, and so pleased you are feeling a little better after your daughters visit. I am sure you mojo will return soon. In the meantime I am thinking of you!
