It's your day

I finally had a chance to play with the "chalkboard" technique that I am seeing everywhere.  It is a bunch of FUN!  I didn't want the whole card to be black, so I opted for a chalkboard panel.  This great video was posted on the OWH blog, and it really helps with this technique.  I love this quirky background die cut from PTI too.

Supplies:
Paper: Recollections card and scraps
Ink:  HA, Versafine, and Memento
Stamps:  Papertrey Ink
Dies/Punches:  PTI
Other:  HA pearls and Prismacolor pencils

  2. Very pretty! I like how you just used a strip for your chalkboard instead of the whole card :)
